How to Pre-Order

About Pre-Order

• Pre-order means purchasing an item before it is available, with the understanding that the item will be shipped at a later date. 
• Your item will be secured once payment has been finalised and you will receive a confirmation email.
• You will also be notified via email if there is any changes on the release date. 
• In some unlikely event when there is a manufacturing shortage or cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellation due to change of mind will be charged 20% of the total payment.
• When your item is in stock and shipped, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking details.
• Once you are ready please go ahead with the usual checkout and payment process.

 

Pre-Order with 20% Deposit

• You can choose to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit for pre-order items simply by putting the promo code "DEPOSIT20" during checkout process.
• Please note that you will not be able to enter any other promotion code if you choose this payment method.
• Your item will be secured once deposit payment has been cleared and you will receive a confirmation email.
• The rest of the amount will be invoiced via paypal to your registered email address 20 days before the release date.
• Please make sure that you register with an active email address and payment will need to be finalise within 7 days after you receive the invoice.
• You will also be notified via email if there is any changes on the release date.

What is a Back-Order?

• Back-order items are items that are not currently in stock at our warehouse but can be requested from our distributors.
• Once a back-order is placed, we will check with our distributors to see if we can receive that item in stock.
• This process will usually take between 3 - 4 weeks to complete and availability is not guaranteed.
• You can choose to pay upfront or place a non-refundable 20% deposit when placing order for back-order items (use the promo code "DEPOSIT20")
• The rest of the amount will be invoiced via paypal to your registered email address when stock availability is confirmed.
• Please make sure that you register with an active email address and payment will need to be finalise within 7 days after you receive the invoice.
